Required Documents
- Aadhaar card or other government-issued identity proof of the applicant.
- Proof of age (birth certificate, Class 10 certificate, passport, PAN or other accepted document).
- Proof of current address (Aadhaar, passport, utility bill, rent agreement or other accepted document).
- Recent passport-size photographs and specimen signature, where required.
- Valid learner’s licence, when applying for a permanent driving license.
- Existing driving license (original or copy), for renewal, duplicate, IDP, address change or addition of class.
- Medical certificate (Form 1A), where applicable — e.g. transport vehicles or applicants above the prescribed age.
- Self-declaration of physical fitness (Form 1), where applicable.
- FIR / lost report, for a duplicate license in case of loss or theft, where required.
- Valid passport, visa and air ticket copy, for an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Platform Fee — for administrative facilitation & Lawyer coordination
What the Platform Fee covers: This is the Company’s fee for administrative case-management, Lawyer availability coordination, document organisation support, scheduling, reminders, and follow-up. It does not include legal advice, submission of any RTO application, or any Government fee.
Lawyer’s Professional Fee: Any fee charged by the independent Lawyer for driving license consultation, documentation, or other legal services is entirely separate and is payable directly to the Lawyer under the Lawyer’s own terms.
Government / RTO Fee: The applicable statutory fee payable to the Licensing Authority (RTO) through the official Parivahan / Sarathi system is separate and depends on the service (learner’s licence, test, driving license, renewal, duplicate, IDP) and the class of vehicle, as prescribed under the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and applicable State rules.

Important: The Platform Fee of ₹2,250 is not the complete cost of obtaining a driving license. It does not include the Lawyer’s professional fee, the Government / RTO fee, or any other charges related to your driving license matter. All such costs are additional and separate.
Additional / Separate Services
The following services are not covered under the Platform Fee or the initial Lawyer consultation arrangement and are charged separately by the Lawyer:
- Re-application or re-test fees where a learner’s test or driving skill test is not cleared.
- Matters relating to suspension, disqualification or revocation of a driving license, and appeals to the appellate authority.
- Traffic challans, compounding of offences, and representation before any court or authority.
- Conversion of a foreign driving license, endorsements (e.g. hazardous goods) and transport-vehicle badges.
- Additional applications beyond the initial service request (e.g. a second class of vehicle or a later renewal).
- Any other legal or professional service not covered in the initial scope.
